The founders of SimplexWaterproof, Dave Leeflang and Robert Fokker, stood for years in the middle of the practice of industrial projects themselves. What they encountered there time and again? Foreign panel PC systems that at first glance functioned fine, until something went wrong. Parts were hard to come by, manufacturers proved untraceable or even bankrupt, and technical support was often slow or absent.
When they looked in the Netherlands for a reliable supplier of durable, industrial touch solutions, they ran into a wall. What they were looking for simply didn't exist. So they decided: then we'll build it ourselves.
After more than a year of intensive research, engineering and prototyping the first SimplexWaterproof system was born - robust, easy to maintain and fully customizable. Since then, our approach has remained unique in the market.
